YOGA ON THE ROCKS

One of the greatest moments in life is realizing that two weeks ago, your body couldn't do what you just did. When something gets difficult, our first response is to take an easier route. Society tells us there are easier options and ways to obtain goals with less work and perserverance. To gain self worth and achieve goals we are proud of, there will always be bumps in the road, areas where we need to persist even if our bodies and minds tell us to quit. When we see the true payoff, we can feel accomplished and free. The same goes for your yoga practice. You may enjoy one or twice a week, four times is hard to fit in and anything more is unthinkable. Decide what type of life you want to live and what type of person you want to be. The things in life that make us feel happy and clear should always take priority and hurdling any road blocks are the first steps to a calm, healthy life.

Yoga Nidra, or yogi sleep, helps to rewrite old behavior and unhelpful habits, leaving you freer, more focused and more connected. Based on the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra has been described as the most powerful relaxation technique known to man. It is used to overcome pain, lower stress, heal the body and create great breakthroughs in areas of your life where you feel stuck.
