Welcome to AZR's Climb and Yoga On, US! Birthday Club, where everyone CLIMBS and takes YOGA FOR FREE on or near their birthday. All you need to do is fill out the form below and we will do the rest. You can have multiple names for each email address, i.e. you are the parent of 3 kids. However, you need to fill out the form for each child. Completing the form below is the only way to ensure you get your free day of climbing and/or yoga class coupon.
While entering your information, please make sure it is correct and the date is entered in the proper format. If you do not receive an email from us within 24 hours of signing up, you did not enter your email information correctly and please re-enter. Also, be sure to check your SPAM folder.....just in case.
